Preamble

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all sales made on the art-room.shop website, operated by CAAP (SAS) with capital of €5,263, registered with the Lyon Trade and Companies Register under number 818 342 768, head office: 31 rue de Brest, 69002 Lyon (hereinafter "Art Room"). All orders imply acceptance of these GTC.

Article 1 — Products

The products offered are described as accurately as possible. Photographs are not contractually binding. Art Room also offers subscription packages, the specific terms and conditions of which (frequency, prices, cancellation) are specified on the relevant pages.

Article 2 — Price

Prices are quoted in euros, including tax. Art Room reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The applicable price is the price in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

Article 3 — Ordering and payment

The sale is concluded upon confirmation of the order by email. Payment is made online at the time of ordering using one of the methods offered. Art Room reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of a previous dispute, unpaid bills, or suspected fraud.

Article 4 — Delivery

Products are delivered to the address specified by the customer. Delivery times are 2 to 5 business days and are provided for informational purposes only. If the delivery time exceeds 30 days, the customer may cancel their order and obtain a refund in accordance with Article L. 216-2 of the Consumer Code.

Article 5 — Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L. 221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt to withdraw from the contract. The product must be returned in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the return, using the same payment method. To exercise this right: contact@art-room.shop.

Article 6 — Warranties

The products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L. 217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). In the event of a defective or non-compliant product: contact@art-room.shop.

Article 7 — Liability

Art Room cannot be held liable for damage resulting from misuse of the products. Its liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned.

Article 8 — Personal Data

The data collected is processed in accordance with the GDPR and our Privacy Policy. Customers can exercise their rights by writing to contact@art-room.shop.

Article 9 — Applicable law

These Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the customer may refer the matter to a consumer mediator in accordance with Article L. 612-1 of the French Consumer Code. If no amicable resolution can be reached, the French courts shall have jurisdiction.
